Part number AEL-CT5254/4751. Fits 1952-1954 Chevy truck doors installed on a 1947-1951 Chevy truck cab.

For custom door swaps only. Hybrid-fit jamb plates connect 1952-54 door geometry to the 1947-51 cab structure. It will not work correctly on stock, unmodified trucks.

The kit covers both doors: latches, hybrid-fit jamb plates, striker plates, stainless steel striker bolts, templates, hardware and instructions.

Power locks: Optional Lock Kit OLB-101 is needed for actuators (sold separately). Skill level: intermediate.

Highlights: Rotary claw latch system, bolt-on, vehicle specific. Works with your factory exterior and interior handles and original door lock cylinders (see handle notes where they apply). Zinc plated parts with case-hardened internal claws for corrosion resistance and long life. Interior locking is not possible with this latch. Power lock actuators are needed to lock from the inside. Installation: about 6 to 8 hours with a cutting wheel or air saw, drill and general hand tools.
